Instructions

  1. Start by soaking the dried rice vermicelli noodles in warm water for about 10 minutes or until they soften. Drain and set them aside.
  2. Heat the cooking oil over medium heat in a large pan or wok. Cook until the garlic is fragrant.
  3. Cook the sliced onion in the pan until it becomes translucent.
  4. Incorporate the thinly sliced chicken and shrimp. Cook until the shrimp are no longer pink.
  5. To the pan, add the julienned carrot and thinly sliced cabbage. Stir-fry the vegetables until they begin to soften.
